Very enjoyable experience there. Stylish accommodation with magnificent location in Kandy hills. Amazing breakfast options with great views. Location really close to transport to Kandy station early in the morning, Kandy centre, and the temple of the sacred tooth + lake. Again, walking distance to a Buddhist monastery.
Wi-Fi was very poor.

During my recent stay at Blue Pillars in Kandy, I was mesmerized by the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and lush greenery. The serene and peaceful atmosphere provided the perfect escape from the city center. The spacious and tastefully decorated rooms ensured a comfortable stay, and the attention to detail in the room design was impressive. The staff at Blue Pillars were friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist with any request, making me feel well taken care of. The dining experience was outstanding, with a diverse menu featuring delicious local and international cuisine. The traditional Sri Lankan dishes were a highlight! my stay at Blue Pillars exceeded all expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Kandy.
While the soundproofing in the rooms could have been improved, it did not significantly affect my overall experience. Additionally, the location of the hotel was slightly further from the city center, requiring the use of a TukTuk for transportation.

I had a great Easter weekend at a hotel that was a stone's throw away from the main city center. the staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered a very cheap tuk-tuk ride, which made traveling even more convenient. the hotel had a rooftop cafe with a great view, and they served lunch in claypots, which was an enjoyable experience.
The soundproofing of the rooms was not as it should have been. the location was a bit far from the center.
